Obsessions

I have a number of obsessions, some of which are harmless, some of which are just weird, and some of which are... well, completely inexplicable. I may well get round to adding rants to explain a bit about and justify these obsessions, but for now here's a brief list, in alphabetical order:

Obsession So What?
Allure Idea Visual rock band.
Cross-dressers Why? Why?? Why???
Dir en grey Another brilliant Japanese rock band.
Drawing (badly) For instant happiness, just add pencil and paper.
Edgy Shoujo Manga Killing your friends ands destroying the hell out of Tokyo... that means 'I love you'!
Gackt Japanese singer. He's hot!
Gothic Lolita You know the style. Mana did it first.
Final Fantasy VII This is rather sad, I know, but true.
Janne da Arc America doesn't like them. I don't know why.
Japan Take me there now please.
Ken Hidaka I have absolutely no idea where my Ken fixation came from. All I know is I have it, use it and love it.
Making Winamp Skins When I can be bothered. Fun if I'm in the mood, deathly boring if not.
OSTs Well, some of them, like the Angel Sanctuary or Final Fantasy ones. And the Weiss songs.
Psycho le Cemu DAMN YOU, PSYCHO LE CEMU! I didn't need another band to obsess over!
Rainstorms They're relaxing...
Rikku I just like her name, it's so fun to say. Rikku Rikku Rikku.
Rociel Angel Sanctuary's flamboyant lunatic antagonist.
Sleeping I'm a student nurse. Do I have to draw you a picture?
Visual Rock It's fun, why not?
Weiss Kreuz This series has Ken and Youji in it. And Schuldich and Farfarello. And a good plot. With holes in.
Writing Comes as naturally as breathing. I quite literally couldn't cope without it.

I'm really obsessed with Ken. But why? I normally go for charas who are flamboyant, gender-confused headcases, madly Gothy, complete psychos or all three at once, not impulsive, short-tempered yet curiously sweet boys next door. I spent the longest time wishing the obsessedness would go away. Now I've finally got used to it I hope it doesn't. Whee, Ken!
*sings along rather badly to Tomokazu Seki's 'Moonflower'*
